What is your definition of war? 100's of armed foreign nationals crossing into US soil anexing territory, killing US citizens pretty sure this falls into that category. We are just too politically correct to call it what it is.

The law says I have the RIGHT to not be searched without reasonable suspicion of wrong doing (check that pesky 4th amendment). Since the TSA is a GOVERNMENT agency the GOVERNMENT is requiring an ILLEGAL search to board a PRIVATE plane. See the difference? If the airlines had control over security then you have a free market where you can decide which level of security and the airline with the "Correct" level would be the one with the most passengers. Other airlines would then follow that example to maintain business. But since the TSA has a monopoly on airline security, the appointed TSA chief can just arbitrarily come up with new restrictions at any time. (ala Putting a chapstick in the scanner tray is a no go but if its in a QUART size baggy then its ok. If you put the same chapstick in a Gallon baggy because thats a no go.) Yeah the guy had an agenda, so what. He just got widespread coverage of TSA abuses.

Yeah choosing to subject yourself to it is like the Saw movies. You can either cut off your foot or have a knife stuck through your eye. When you have to be in Ca tomorrow for a meeting or your business goes under and you can't feed your family, what choice do you have but to fly. I know of very few people who fly for the fun of it.

Search everyone because MAYBE just MAYBE you might find 1 in what like 100 million fliers a year is reasonable? If cops pulled over 100 million people with no reason other than than you are driving, I bet they would find a lot more violations, but without a reason they can't. Huh? Illegal SEARCH and siezure is just that illegal. What is the probable cause for this search? Where is the warrant for the search? Don't have either, then it is ILLEGAL. Many people say guns should be made illegal so therefore they should be illegal by your reasoning.

And how many of those have these "NEW" scanning techniques caught? Not a one. We get lots of scares and evacuations, but nothing really happens. Until some comes up with a way to beat the system and then more BS regulations come up. You want to make airflight perfectly safe, permanently ground the planes. No planes in the sky, no passengers, no danger. See it makes perfect sense.

Its a firewall/Internet security thing. At work I get the same behavior. One of my companies background security functions blocks the pics from being displayed. I have no problems at home.

I have an Inox version. It shoots real nice and feels good in my hands. As to a plan on getting one, do a price request through the forum vendors. Thats how I got mine. By the time you add in the shipping and transfer fee, you will probably wind up paying more, getting it from an internet vendor.

The smaller brick and mortar stores can never compete with the big retailers and internet suppliers. The amount of ammo shot at a NJ range in a year probably wouldn't even stock a PA Walmart for a month. What the B&M stores offer is exactly what you said you got, Customer service. When all is said and done the companies that keep their customers happy are the ones who get repeat business and word of mouth advertising.

Gun penalties are out of proportion with the offense ala the guy in prison for 7 years because he had a unloaded gun locked in his trunk. Prosecuter will probably offer a deal to have S***bag plead guilty to the kiddie porn offense so he won't be charged with the gun charges.

It depends. If the FFL dealer procures the magazines and modifies them to comply with NJ restrictions THEN sells them to you its good. If you supply the unmodified magazines, I think you are screwed, since you can't have them legally in NJ.

+1000 The guns are a leverage issue. I pretty sure that anyone involved with kiddie porn has a mental defect which would make any gun ownership illegal.

I can easily let little kids (say under 7) slide for not saying anything. Sometimes they are scared, bashfule or just tired, and usually we got a "Happy Halloween" or "Thank You" from the parents. The older kids in my area were pretty good with the "Trick or Treat" and "Thank You", but there were a few of the street clothes and pillow cases. We got 1 group that ranged from 3 ish to over 20 (WTF?) where only the youngest had costumes.
