As a lefty that owns a XD-9 it is a very good firearm. It was actually my first gun purchase. I have put a few thousand rounds through mine with no issue what so ever, but as others have mentioned shoot as many different guns as you can, so you can buy smartly. Just blame the lawyers. They are the ones that have allowed our state and the country as a whole to go right down the toilet. Also by the same token blame the judges that listen to the ridiculous cases that the lawyers present them. The only reason that schools have zero tolerance policies in place is because they are afraid to be sued. What a hell of a time to live in...and raise a child

Sounds like a cool idea Ray. Maybe people having to pay ahead of time to a hall or restaurant wouldn't be such a bad idea, that way you know who is committed and no one will get stuck paying for the no shows. I've been waiting for you to chime in on this since last night Eric, glad I just got 250 gallons of oil this past week. Just think if gas is 5.00 a gallon what will heating oil be 8.00? My 250 cost me 790.00, at 8.00 it would be 2000.00. Something better give and real soon. The Pres in Washington better pull his head out of his a** and start producing oil in this country again.
