  1. Yep says it only has 5 bolts TOTAL. And that type of interior racks for the long guns is horrible IMO, to be able to get a gun in the back out you have to pull the ones in front of it out.
  2. Yea the sks will put a hurting on those plates. Not a great vid (just the first one I found) but will give you an idea of what will happen to the plates. http://youtu.be/Gb6dtpPvh9w

  5. Eh its not that bad, if it bothers you that much hit it with a Sharpie a couple times and it`ll blend right in, thats what I did on mine
  6. Its because they havent released the .308 version yet. Heard some rumors that they might be released before the end of the year though.
  7. I would return it and buy one from a reputable dealer, not Amazon, too much counterfeit stuff out there (not saying yours is, but why chance it to save a couple bucks?)
  8. I dont think 430lbs is alot of weight personally, but then again Im 290lbs by myself, lol. You can also take the door off when your moving it which will take about 100lbs off the weight. But your still gonna need some friends and the right equipment to get it down that many steps, IMHO.
  9. You get some friends and a handtruck and take it into your house. Hell my dad and I moved it from the curb into the house by ourselves with just a large handtruck, we only had to go up 1 big step though. Its not really that heavy (425lbs I think), just awkward.
  10. This stuff works just fine in my Spikes 14.5" mid, but I wont buy it, or anything else, from CTD.
  11. Looks good so far, I like it. How do you like their uppers and lowers? Was thinking about grabbing a set for a future build.
  12. I laughed the entire time I watched that vid. Anyone who thinks that was a serious video need to go watch some of thier other vids
  13. Nonsense? I never said it doesnt happen or that it was BS, but if you go back and read my post I clearly said that "Ive never noticed any major loss in accuracy with my rifle". Not your rifle or other rifles, with my rifle using my ammo, I dont see a major loss in accuracy (ie, the gun still shoots 3-4moa @ 100yd). But then again Im not one to sit at a bench all day and try to put hole in holes just to say I can. My gun was put together to to be reliable and make consistant COM hits out to 300 yards, which it does without issue. And as to your 1lb comments, you can laugh at me all you want, but due to a shoulder injury when I was younger (and stupider) that 1lb on the end of the gun does make a difference to me.
  14. Whats your definition of "sustained shooting" though? 1 round every 10 seconds? 10 rounds every 10 seconds? Ive never noticed any major loss in accuracy with my rifle, but I also realize that my LW 14.5" barreled AR shooting M193 is not going to be a tack driver either. And please tell how a LW is going to be less reliable? But they also cool back down quicker as well.

  18. I understand that completely, and thats exactly what I do, all mine are downloaded to 14. Like I said it was only a minor complaint and I will still continue to buy your mags whether I can load 15 on a closed bolt or not. The only time or reason I load on a closed bolt is because I keep my rifle in condition 3 at home.
  19. Same here, I have quite a few of the Midwest PX "stubby" mags and I love them, but thats my only complaint about them (and even then its a relatively minor complaint)).
  20. Hmmmm, I may have to go out there and check it out, its right down the road from my brothers house anyways....
