  1. I've used them with no problems and fast delivery on several occasions
  2. good advice tactical..... they all look good and I plan on doing it to two rifles. I took the foam off my stocks from the word go as I like the look and oddly, the feel, of the metal without it. thx
  3. Anyone here put paracord on their ACE stock? I'm thinking of doing it and read the directions on ar15.com.
  4. sad that we even need this type of advice really. Imagine someone breaking into your house that has a violent criminal record, is intent on possibly harming you or your family, is armed and you have to worry about the 911 and police on the scene as well. I tell you, it's certifiable!
  5. I'm interested! I have always wanted to go so I'm game....
  6. they had a nice one at the last gun show in valley forge a few weeks back for $500. I believe they will be at the upcoming one also.
  7. lots of good points here but a few that standout 1.shot placement is key 2.anything man made can brake 3.best to use what you are comfortable with and have trained with 4.glocks are ugly...
  8. absolutely nothing wrong with it. They are public servants in the public eye. The reason most don't want it is because of liability issues surrounding many leo's lack of the very laws and procedures they are set to enforce. film away.... I say this with several police/state troopers in the family. Follow the rules, know your job, don't abuse the shield, and act in a professional manner and you have nothing to worry about.
  9. 29 correct, I missed the voting amendment
  10. terrible this is why you can't give an inch of liberty up for debate
  11. agree completely op, have you considered the px4 line? I personally like that fit better as my hands are smaller and the 92 feels big when gripped. I personally don't like the feel of the glocks and certainly don't buy into all of the shtf/ninja ranger warrior bs that people like to throw out. Every SEAL I know uses a sig and not a glock so so much for absolute life needing reliability that glock marketing has progagated. It's a gun, guns sometimes don't work, some more than others but it's still a mechanical device and subject to stoppages. I will say that if you want a bigger grip like the 92s, m&p might suit you well and given the state police instructor's comments to me on state scores since introducing that firearm, you may want to take a look at it.
  12. every single one in this thread especially the trap shotgun! One I really wnat is the REPR.
  13. I spoke to the owner over a year ago and he told me he spoke to whomever and it's legal in nj. He was pretty emphatic about it too. Now I know, he's selling his product but it's not a flash supressor.
  14. well in his defense, when reading the law it says you need to verify the seller is licensed. the coe is for your own records so it's easy to see where the confusion or misunderstand lies no?
  15. here is one we don't have to submit this however right? http://nj.gov/njsp/info/pdf/firearms/sp-634.pdf
  16. for a state with so many registered gun owners, you'd think we'd ban together and start nailing pols to give us more freedoms. I think the problem is gun owners are so fragmented and lacking in the effort. I heard there were 700k registered gun owners in NJ. If so, I can't imagine that a united front would not be a force
  17. I do not hide from ignorance, fear and educating ignorant people. I proudly display my nra sticker right on my car and my home security sign. I also try to tell everyone I know that nobama means I actually care...haha... part of the problem is that the media has made gun owners feel abnormal. It's up to us to educate the misguided dolts of society
