I have spent several hundred nights in state parks in nj/pa/and on the AT, and have never once had an issue. Meet a weird person? When I got my original fpid (8 years ago) it was two references on the state form, and then two OTHER refs, that had to be notarized. Thankfully one of the guys where I was a volly ff was a notary, so that was finished in a jif. My address change and PPP in robbinsville was a breeze compared to up north. Came in to post this. Left semi satisfied.

THe way my uneducated perception of this legal grey area sees these devices, I use an example given to me on this board. If you can fit your pinkie (.223 or 5.56, would not apply for .50bmg) inside the device it is no go in NJ. This device has a hole about halfway down, visible from the front of the device, that I could not fit my pinkie in, so GTG. A hole the same size as the caliber of the round is a go.

Having just gotten into exercising the right to keep and bear arms, is NJ like the Fed legislature? Do these bills get introduced every year, or is this a crazy time to be following this stuff? Also, my opinion about the Gov not speaking is no skin off my back. Although we hope he stands for citizens rights, he also had a blizzard/ winter storm warning announced this morning, he needed to be in other places. Come se come sa.

It was cold. It was good to see everyone that could make it. By the way, everyone that drove around for an hour, next time, look for signs that say "Parking" or "Daily Parking". Usually that denotes parking areas open to the public. Felt good to be a part of something bigger. Went home, took a hot shower, and then went and saw Zero Dark Thirty for the rest of my day off. I will be on that train also.... Just getting on it at Hamilton Station. Dont feel like trying to find parking in trenton, and I am going to go see zero Dark Thirty when the rally is over.

Common sense is not strong in this area I guess. Whoever reported that should be brought up on disturbing the peace, or filing a false report. Or the cops should have exercised a bit of discreteness in the investigation.
