  1. No problems - the segment 2A segment on "militia" was pretty good. Download them weekly to an iPhone with the Apple Podcast Appp
  2. NJ SAFECON - anybody going? https://njsafecon.net
  3. Love that "Beretta Porn" posted by diamondd817! And just to add a few comments (I'm nothing more than a casual observer, so feel free to correct). For the original poster the M9 has a different sight set up than the 92fs, the M9 has "snowman"(?) sights while the 92 has the standard post and v we are used to seeing, also keep in mind (can't tell how much experience the original poster has) the Beretta 92 series are DA/SA action with a de-cocker.
  4. Local Volunteer Fire Department - always looking for training props for extrication drills.
  5. Looks like ther're not holding another one at SJSC until October
  6. Taking a break from cutting the grass - That thread went to hell pretty quick! Liking the 3S solution....
  7. Shield with a hidden hybrid IWB or S&W Model 36 with a Bianchi OWB - love them both (like the shield setup the most).
  8. MAGTECH 9mm-9A I've had good luck shooting MAGTECH 9mm Luger ammo. I'm seeing some nice deals on 1000 rd case - 9mm Luger 115 Grain FMJ Ammo by MAGTECH-9A I've bought MAGTECH many times in the past, but I don't remember seeing the "9A" tacked on - Anybody know what it means? Or if it means anything at all? Thanks!
  9. If it is really secure I'll bolt it to the floor and lick my ar's in there Haha, is this what the Libtard's are referring too when they say "Ammosexual"? ...lol!
  10. First pic is the target stands I built after seeing them posted on this thread ~$20.00 each to build. The second pic is just struck me when I had my phone out - I like it! Thank you to the guy who posted the idea for the stands - worked out GREAT!
  11. Love my JEEP (02 TJ) as a second car! I drive 38 miles one to work, some days you wouldn't want to be without the JEEP, some days it's ugh.... 15mpg, 4.0, 4 inch w/33's
  12. Tragic. I remember when this happened. I was at an IDPA match that weekend, there was an instructor from one of the NJ Police Academy's shooting. I asked him about what happened, obviously he said he wasn't allowed to discuss it - after reading that article - it sounds even worse than I thought -
  13. I belong to 2 South Jersey ranges, and I have friends at most of the others I know of. I know insurance is a big deal at these ranges and to keep that insurance reasonable, I would be surprised to see any club put in writing that reactive targets are allowed - I know for my one club, our rules and procedures are looked at for our insurance rates. If you want some fun, and looking for more than paper targets, check out some of the active shoots IDPA, 3-gun, etc.
  14. Divide and conquer.... I'd a lost my money betting we were all on the same team in here....
  15. They also have a web page, you could google SJSC or you my have better luck going to bangerssports.com. Banger's being the gun store at the club, I believe Banger's sponsors the classes. They have a pretty full schedule of events between the club and Banger's, so I would expect the orientation to be as scheduled on Mother's Day (come to think of it, it would be a good Mother's Day gift, so bring the wife along and get a family membership). The web site has their email address and phone number, I know they're receptive to phone calls. It's a good place, you'll like it there.
  16. I don't think you need to reverse the legislature, I think we'll get a lot out of just proving that the 2A community is a force to be reckoned with. Politicians cave in to pressure, if they know we can effect their careers (and a successful Sweeney recall will prove that), they'll be less prone to put up anti- gun legislation. Newtonian, I noticed you lined out NJ2AS in your sig file, seems like you may have an axe to grind.
  17. As promised, a good listen on this weeks Gun4hire radio podcast (203). Details Alexander Roubian's plan, and why this can work, Explains the timeline for making this happen, understand why the details are coming out slowly.... Most of all, why it's GOT to work....

  19. Gunforhire radio gave a little head's up on the recall project in this past past weekend's radio podcast. Next weekend's GFH show they're having NJ2AS President Alexander Roubian as a guest. I heard Roubain talk about the recall at Banger's a couple of months ago, his plan is based on the successful recall effort in Colorado last year. The more people that know about this, the better the chance of pulling it off.
  20. Like it or not, we're all in... 2A is pretty strong in District 3, there are many good Republicans in the Assemblyman, Freeholder positions in these counties. Sweeny strikes me as the revengeful type, if the recall fails miserably, every gun owner is going to pay.
  21. So my wife making an effort to cut our cable bill, replaced one of the cable boxes in the bedroom with a Clearstream 2 HDTV antenna. I don't watch much TV, so it didn't make much difference to me - but I will say I was skeptical of the move, and didn't believe for a moment that it would work out for her. We've had it for about two weeks now, and I have to admit I'm impressed. A better picture than we were getting from Comcast cable, a ton of channels (which we haven't figured any kind if guide for), but for me the basic 3 VHF channels for news weather and network sports, and the old UHF channels I grew up with are all there... Just gotta find them...plus many more.
