  1. The German language is full of compound words - "munitionsfabriken" is short by comparison to some other words I've seen.........
  2. I have the same boiler and have never had that occur with my system. I think Deerslayer works on system 2000 boilers.
  3. From what I recall about "advance Consignment" (and it's been a while since I've looked at it) an out of state dealer has to make an arrangement to deliver and transfer the firearms to the in state dealer prior to the show. Setting up at an out of state show, making deals with a customer while there and handing the firearm to an in state dealer to do the transfer is a no-no. But I still see guys doing it. A lot of good proposals in there, let's hope we can get some of this done......
  4. A group called the "Coalition of NJ Sportsmen" (which I don't believe exists anymore) sued the state over the entire AWB, but I don't recall a law suit regarding just the mag limit. I believe Nappen was one of the lawyers in that suit.
  5. "Freak out".........there's going to be riots like it's 1968 again if a liberal justice goes and Trump gets to pick their replacement - except this time it will be entitled guilt feeling white kids rioting instead of blacks.
  6. I've caught pike in the Passaic river in Pine Brook
  7. I just have visions of someone buying this and it ending up like the South Park episode where Cartman buys the amusement park to have it all for himself only to have to let people in to pay for things.
  8. THIS^^^^ I recall something about common carriers can't be held responsible for what is in the packages unless they were involved in some sort of criminal conspiracy to deliver something illegally. Otherwise a UPS driver could be charged with drug smuggling for unknowingly delivering a package to someone with drugs in it.
  9. I believe that has been there all along - since the FPID card was created in 1966, but I'm not certain about that. Technically shipping to your door would be legal if the antique long gun meets NJ "Antique" definition, but as I said earlier that is difficult to establish.
  10. Picked up out of state and bring home is OK for any antique. Picked up in NJ in person requires the same paperwork as a modern firearm. Shipping to your door is a no go in NJ. I know there is an exemption for "Antique" long guns from having an FPID card to buy them, but that definition is much narrower than the federal definition of "Antiques" and can be subject to interpretation. For example a Trapdoor Springfield would not be covered as an antique in NJ because it fires commercially available ammo.
  11. The new promoter for the Matamoras, PA gun show, who is from NY, had brought in a lot of NY dealers when they took it over. They were trying to get PA dealers to come and do transfers, at the show, for the NY dealers. There was one or two who were doing it, but (not surprisingly) they have been having issues getting dealers to do it. They're asking for trouble.
  12. The wording for C&R licenses is in this bill (and the OGAM bill) because our anti gun politicians are mindless dolts. They don't write these bills, they get them prewritten from anti gun groups like Bloomberg's clan and tweak them to fit NJ. Most of them probably don't know what a C&R license is and don't realize they are creating a "loop hole" - if they did they would have stripped the C&R language out. NJ is notorious for recognizing gun laws as they see fit. They don't recognize antiques even though there is a provision in the law that says they are not firearms. They don't recognize the C&R exemption from OGAM. And I would be surprised if they recognize the C&R exemption for FTF sales. NJ has arrested people in the past for using (properly) a C&R license and I don't think having an 03 license is going to work out the way some people here are thinking it will - I hope I'm wrong.
  13. Basically yes, the part that deals with magazine restrictions is the law from 1990 - If you read the bill you will also see it mentions the AWB list from 1990 as well as older sections that date back to 1966 when the FPID card and Handgun Purchase Permits were created, some sections of the law are likely a lot older than that as well. I noticed the Bump Stock ban from January is also mentioned.
  14. Well..........if you come across any others you know where to get the ammo.
  15. PPU makes 8mm Lebel ammo - I have some in stock
  16. Not arguing either........ When they change an existing law like this, typically they copy entirely the wording of the original law and then add or eliminate sections to get the result they want. I think they just didn't bother to eliminate stun gun language - maybe because they would be admitting defeat on that one? Or maybe just laziness? NJ carry laws could be easily changed by removing the "justifiable need" language and replace it with shall issue language - but we all know that isn't going to happen as long as these asshats are in control in Trenton.
  17. The legislature didn't write a new law from scratch, they modified sections of the existing law. The stun gun wording is still there from years ago and is still unconstitutional.
  18. I'd be surprised if NJ recognizes the C&R provision of that law. C&R holder are exempt from OGAM, but the state doesn't provide anyway to utilize that exemption.
  19. Thought it was 20 years or until you go out of business - whichever is sooner
  20. I have one of these in stock if anyone is looking for one.
  21. That will probably be acknowledged the same as the OGAM exemption a C&R license provides..........not at all.
  22. Factory new: Ruger LC9s SCCY CPX-2 Used: Kahr P380
  23. Just got a couple of these in if anyone wants one!
  24. Not NY, CT and I think MA either - NJ does not have the market on retardation cornered.
  25. I had a guy ask me for this model about a year ago and it was unavailable at that time as well. I think a batch did turn up later, but it seems Ruger only makes these from time to time.
