  1. You can get more than 12 in a year. As I'm sure you're probably aware, it's possible to go the route of using the multiple handgun purchase exemption. You'd have to have patience to not bring stuff home right away, and an ffl that's willing to maybe hang on to some of your purchases while you shop for others until you're ready to bring them all home at once. Not saying that it's efficient, but it's certainly possible...

  3. Should be able to make it out for a couple hours tomorrow....
  4. Try dr. Testa in Pittstown. I don't know if he's accepting new patients, but he's good. Worth a call to see.....
  5. The mk25 is sweet. Very nice to shoot, and one of my favorites. I prefer the black (there aren't a lot of fde models of any handgun that I like beyond the fnx45 tactical, though this sig is pretty nice). Slide lock, decocker, and mag release are all in the right places and easy to operate. The ergonomics are very comfortable and its very accurate. Highly recommended.
  6. Ruger Blackhawk convertible is a nice revolver. Single action. Shoots 357mag/38spl, but comes with an extra cylinder for 9mm. Kind of a nice option. They also have a model that shoots 45 colt, with a spare cylinder to shoot 45 auto. http://www.ruger.com/products/newModelBlackhawkConvertible/models.html
  7. P30L. V3. I think thats the standard setup, but its nice. Comfortable. I like the decocking button. I like it better than just the standard p30.
  8. Sr22. Lots of fun, eats anything, easy to take down and clean. Mark III, and buckmark are both also very good.
  9. Seriously though..... How is this thread not in the litterbox?
  10. Hoping to make it. May be +1,2,or 3. We'll see...
  11. That's what I was getting at. Thanks for clarifying pk90
  12. Hmmm. I guess then either you lucked out or I got a load of BS from the lgs. I tend to shop in PA primarily since its the closest shop to me and they told me it had to be purchased in jersey...
  13. Also, a nj resident must purchase pistol grip shotguns from nj ffl. Can not legally be purchased out of state.
  14. Don't know if this is relevant to the safety vs decocker debate at this point..... But if you go with the 75b in polished stainless, it comes with safety only. No decocker version is available. It's a sweet pistol. And an easy decision about the safety! Also FWIW I spoke to remixer about a month or so ago and he had an sp01 inbound. So may be worth reaching out to him. Probably gone by now but you never know...can't hurt to check in.
  15. Another vote for sr22....lots of fun to shoot. Comes with two grip sizes and mag extension floorplates to adjust grip for comfort. Breaks down and cleans up easily.... Eats anything.
  16. Cz75 is a good value. And it looks sweet in polished stainless...
  17. Tanners told me that they do not pin mags. They will transfer to NJ ffl that can pin mags for you though...
  18. Sorry guys, not a typo but poorly written. I meant after they shipped the gun, they would ship the non compliant mags to your home after their smith pinned them. If you don't mind waiting they will ship the pinned mags with the gun but the smith is pretty backed up and could delay a few weeks. Should have kept the two sentences together to avoid confusion. Employee told me they do this quite often for NJ residents.
  19. Should be no problem. I've never had a problem attending with friends that wee the fans of the opposing team.
  20. You should check out the ruger sr22. Lots of fun. Easy to clean. Comfortable. I think it's in the 300-350 range new....
