  1. the "market" is what deal you make. So if the deal is MSRP, that is the market adjustment. If the "market" cannot absorb the additional markup then its not a market adjustment. Its all BS because then their argument is "well your trade in now is worth 25% more blah blah".
  2. Upfits aka Market Adjustment aka Price Gouging aka GTFO I am afraid to ask if they accept supplier pricing through my employer? lol
  3. happy new year! Daily use: 2009 Tahoe LTZ and Occasional use: 1984 Chevy k10 long bed (rust free for the most part - imported from Kansas)
  4. +1 same here. we need Murphy out at all costs.
  5. Rizzo is a member there - he would have to endorse him
  6. Its on the screen shot - Luciano's in Lodi. I bought the exact same one in the fall (i think for the same price). i think the nics/transferee fee is another ~$100 (I dont recall so dont hold it against me) Better call him because he sells all his shotguns within hours....
  7. I stand corrected but you know what I meant. (Many laws were have are poorly written - not only the gun ones)
  8. The way they are phrasing it reminds me of the current transportation lanugage. When we go to the range you need to keep the gun separate from the ammo in a lock container or locked in the trunk. On GFH Radio a couple years back, Anthony had Loretta Weinberg on the show and she virtually admitted they intentional write up the laws in ambiguous fashion and then let the courts decide what they should be. This is not what the founding intended of course.
  9. "The bill requires the legal owner of a firearm to store or secure a firearm that is not in use, unloaded, in a gun safe or securely locked box or container. Downey said it also mandates that the legal owner of the firearm store the ammunition separately in a securely locked box or container." Please define "not in use" in the home? The whole logic of this law is flawed and just moronic. If i bought a gun for self defense at home and the ammo is not readily available why even have one? Just ridiculous.
  10. Turnout was under 38.5% ridiculously low. If all the gun owners had shown up, we would have won easily.

  16. just got back from the range and tried out the cmmg 22lr in my ar. went through 200 rds. I think it worked great (felt like i was shooting nerf rounds but it was fun nonetheless lol) at approximately 20 yards it was very accurate. I recommend it. (next i need try out my kimber 1911 22lr conversion slide kit hehe)
  17. I got a 2009 Tahoe - very reliable suv - I will miss it when it’s time replace with a new pickup
  18. Range update (its great being a gold member... 3 mins wait for me, 2 hours for everyone else but I digress lol) 1) Jamming: for the record, I was cycling "new old stock" i had of Winchester 2.75 rifled slugs x50 rounds. It was betting this time. I think its a combo of "breaking it in", the shell size, lubricating and just "learning" it. If you pull back the action handle with a steady speed its fine or when you are super fast. You cant be "limp" about it. Like i said, its getting better. I was able to get through the entire x5 round mag with less issues this time. 2) Accuracy: I zeroed a vortex red dot and a green laser at ~15 yards (did it in my basement so i am guessing). At 10-15 yards at the range it was very accurate! I had brought my own target and stuck some adhesive red dots on it. I dont have a photo, but I sware I hit one dead on and the shot took the entire red marker out while leaving the exact same size hole in its place. I didnt try farther because this is more close quarters self-defense type sg. My mav 88 with 28" barrel is for longer distances. Overall, i think its more of getting "used" to it. Hope this helps.
  19. Have not had a chance to try it out. I lubricated it as much as required. I might visit GFH tomorrow and try it out. The only thing holding me back is the cost of the damn slugs. I got a good inventory but as i try to replenish my stash, the cost basis per slug round is going up hourly. ugh
  20. I tried mine out last night (pump action). The damn thing jams too much. It doesnt eject the shell cleanly or there is enough room and the shell gets stuck. Not sure if it just an issue of breaking it in or more oil.
  21. I cant agree more. I tell this to my relatives all the time. Where do you think you want to move to? They all say NC. I am like "the cancer has already spread" throughout the country and in NC maybe worse. I have so much vested interest on NJ its almost impossible for me to get uproot the familia move. If all of "us" leave, who will be left to fight? It's our home too.
  22. I will have to 1up you on this. I owned an ever more rare "SS" or rather its predecessor (until an idiot almost killed me stopped at a traffic light and the car got totaled but anyway) : the 2009 Pontiac G8 GXP - 1738 of 1829 ever produced. I like the SS but the Pontiac bells and whistles on the Commodore is so much cooler looking. When you have the car in 2nd gear and hit the pedal to get to 60 mph, you could feel the Gs glue you to your seat. I miss that car....
