Concealed carry

Hello everyone I lost my wallet and inside my wallet. I had my concealed carry permit. How can I obtain my permit again. I did everything in paper not online. Please help I would like to go back to carrying my weapon.

Did you take a photo or make a copy of your permit?  That should suffice.

No I did not. I don't know why I didn't. Newark PD is giving me a hard time
