Talk about talking advantage of a situation. http://www.smokewagongear.com/p-664-9mm ... ae9dp.aspx Meh, that's only ~$.56 /round. Here's some rape-age: http://www.ammunitiontogo.com/catalog1/product_info.php/pName/8rds-9mm-magsafe-50gr-miniglock-ammo/cName/9mm-hollow-point-ammo $2.05 /round for mag-safe 9mm 50gr. $20.50 to fill up one Glock 26 magazine. Celraysoda 7 Posted October 13, 2009 True, but that is specialty ammo, like tear gas 12 guage shells or the ones with the little darts in them. Still too much, though! I would pay $5 a round to fill a magazine that I know will do it's job when I needed it. I keep a Smith 3913 bedside. I don't have it loaded with Blazer or Winchester, I have those pretty little Black Talons which I hope I never have to use. Not as expensive as your mag-safe but still up there. Shopping around now.
NJChiroDoc 0 Posted October 13, 2009 I always get good ammo prices at the firearms guild. I hate the 3 box limit but what can you do.

But there was a point a few months back where any standard 9mm ammo was sold out or on backorder on the internet. That's when sites like this start trying to sell to the desperate who do not have a local gun shop to purchase from. Out of the hundreds of thousands of people searching online, I am positive that some people have to resort to purchasing at these grossly inflated prices. I remember seeing a 100 round box of Winchester selling for $75 on Gun Broker. I was a desperate sucker and resorted to buying a brick of primers with a 300% markup because none were available locally. :x
