I think this was $15. Comes with .22, .357, .40 and .45 for handguns, .22, .30 and .270 for rifles, 12, 18, 20 GA for shotguns. + bunch of swabs and what look like brass rods! Good spare kit ...

 

 

Comes in a plastic case.

Don't have a link for this kit, but the one in Iselin had them. I am sure you will find them at other locations or you can do a rain-check (but that's iffy).

There is a Harbor Freight like 2 miles down the road from me. Ironically, I have known about them for a while.....but just made my way into one of them about 3 months ago. $10 for a heat gun that gets up to 1000 degrees!!! Store is awesome....although I usually use Craftsmen whenever I need tools. Thats still a good pick up though!

I used to buy craftsmen tools too (with lifetime guaranty, etc.), but their prices are ridiculously high for most products and service is terrible at Sears. They used to source locally and from Germany, Canada, etc., and now made in China! Go figure.

Harbor Freight tools are generally low quality. HOWEVER, for one time use or limited use, they certainly fill a niche. I have bought many tools there and have been satisfied with what I have purchased. Some will say "Buy once, cry once" but these tools have their application.

 

Do I really need to buy a SnapOn oxygen sensor socket for $30(or more) instead of the $5 HF one? Not as a DIYer...

The tools at HF are 90+% made in china ... real question is, are you so bored to state the obvious? Yes, I must be bored too since I am posting a reply!

 

FWIW, the chinese are now making better quality products in most categories, they have borrowed/stolen the technology from the industrialized countries ...
