Very doubtful. The supreme court hears cases, nothing makes it to the supreme court if it is not an issue in the public forum.

Gun control is a dead issue.

Had Al Gore won in 2000, we know that Roberts and Alito would not be in the Court. At least one liberal would be in their place. McDonald and Heller were 5-4 decisions that would've gone against us, had they been brought to the court. If not, then DC and Chicago would still have handgun bans.

no matter what happens, nothing will change in NJ. before anyone says 'its a federal law, they HAVE to listen'; the right to keep and bear arms is ALREADY a federal RIGHT.....and NJ is against it. this state is just disgusting.
