If this is true, then the corresponding 20% increase in police force should not be expected to result in a 20% reduction in crime - so then why hire them back?? If I was about to be robbed, and decided not to resist, and saw a cop approaching, I would tell the guy to hurry up and take my **** because there's a Camden cop about to interrupt our business and I might end up getting shot or going to jail myself.
