FFL who can accept non AWB rifles and make them compliant

Found a non compliant PTR32 (Has flash suppressor) online for a pretty good price. I'm looking for a FFL near me (Princeton) who will accept the rifle from out of state and pin/weld a brake that I will supply.

out of your way, but mastodon ammo and camo will mod a gun to be compliant
