FTF still okay in New Jersey?

I was thinking of selling some of my handguns.

I haven't sold anything in 15 years FTF. And with the OGAM law, I was wondering

if FTF is still okay in Jersey.

That's funny. I was going to list that circumstance, but thought it was a no-brainer. You're right though. It's better to be explicit when it comes to our laws.

Can you imagine trying to explain to someone in say 1880 Texas that they can't sell their colt to Jimbob down the road because he already dun buyed one from Jeb two weeks ago? This sh*t drives me nuts. Being a poor college student I don't even have the funds to buy another pistol at the moment, but just knowing I can't buy one today and one say 3 weeks from now makes me sad.
