Multiple Handgun Exemption Forms

I filled-out the SP-015 form and thought that was all I needed to do.

 

Now I find out that I also need to fill out the SP-016 form.

 

I have three revolvers sitting at one place and one more at another. Do I need to do two seperate SP-016 forms? There is only one place for the Seller to sign and I am dealing with two seperate sellers.

 

This state is rediculous. My sister in Indiana can walk in and buy 100 guns of any flavor at anytime, well, if she had the $$$.....

 

I tried to do a search for this type of topic but didn't find anything, sorry if it has been asked before.

You are correct. 1 015 that lists all the guns collectively, thats *your* application. Then 1 016 from each respective seller listing the guns they are each holding for you, those are the "seller certifications".
