Which Bulk 9mm Ammo for Brass?

I will hopefully be getting my first pistol soon, and I'm wondering what you'd all suggest in terms of bulk ammo, with a focus on quality brass for reloading. Any suggestions or preferences?

 

I was thinking Magtech, since the price point is pretty decent (around $225/1k shipped) and I've reloaded their 44mag cases before without a hitch.

CCI is great brass. including Speer, etc. Federal is second after.

 

the ones that I am not hesitant to throw away, Winchester White Box and Remington UMC.

 

Other decent ones, PMC.

If the price is right, I've been pleased with magtech brass in 9, 40, and45.

 

Wwb has worked fine for me, so is r-p brass. I'm not so keen on Speer because of their dished case head. Blazer brass has similar problems, and I've had lots of them splitting early on me lately (although in .40, ymmv in 9).

Thanks for the input guys - I ended up getting 1000rds of American Eagle 124gr FMJ, on sale at bulkammo.com for $205 + shipping. Ended up at $227.40 to my door.

FYI - The inside of Magtech brass is almost always the cleanest after tumbling. That said, the Federal brass is good stuff and I have never had any problems with it except for that damn NT stuff with the crimped primers.
