... rifle??? I just picked up my new Marlin 1894c. .38/.357 mag, blued with checkered walnut. I'm really looking forward to taking it for a spin. I was going to wait a bit to pay it off, but the XS Scout Rail and the sights from Williams (peep rear and fiber optic front) came in and I needed to have it in hand. Got the rail, sights, and inexpensive 'Dot sight mounted and ready for action.

 

Is it just me or is the lever gun the 1911 of the rifle world. Bolt action is the revolver, lever is the 1911 and the rest are just... Glocks!!!

Congrats, I have one and it is easily one of my favorites rifles to shoot. It has almost no recoil when shooting 38spl and 357 is just as manageable. It is also extreamly accurate. Only thing I would like to add to mine is the Wild West Large loop lever, and maybe some new sights. Would love to see the pics of yours when you change the sights. Plus these make an awesome combo with a revolver.

Sights are changed. Williams fiber optic front and a rear adjustable peep sight.
