I have New In the Original Package SIG Sauer Factory BLK Aluminum Grips with the SIG Sauer name embossed on them: I believe these grips are made by Hogue for SIG. These grips fit both the classic pistol and E2 grip frames.

In addition I have a used set of Hogue BLK G10 grips (Off a P226 with only 150 rounds fired) for sale.

These grips also fit both classic and E2 grip frames

No, neither of these will fit a P228.

 

The aluminum ones are the top ones in the photo and these are the original Sig Aluminum grips. They are not made by Hogue. Up until the E² grips, these were the best grips available for small-medium sized hands.

 

The G-10 grips are made by Hogue.
