Justice Scalia Talking Gun Control Today

If anyone is interested, Justice Antonin Scalia is on Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace today at 2pm and 6pm.

 

He is asked about restrictions against the 2nd Amendment after the CO shooting.

I read his comments and I'm stunned by his openess. I don't like his comments on ccw and clearly he's opening up to limiting certain things. If I had to guess, he'd think about banning high powered rifles, high cap mags and more.

I think he danced around the question as best he could; obviously he cannot come straight out and express his opinion. If his limit is a crew serviced weapon or an anti-air missile I'm cool with that.

Scalia is a good judge imho. But, he's a govt representative. The Govt fears guns in the hands of law abiding citizens ultimately. But that's one of the main reasons for the US Constitution and its Amendments. So, I will forgive any possible 'fearfulness' and do understand their slight trepidation. But I must add, Govts have killed 100-200? Million people in this past century, and continues to do so right now.
