Support for the Proposed Archery complex at the Readington, NJ

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone, recently received this note from my range, SCFGPA in Bridgewater, asking for support for a proposed public State run Olympic archery complex in Readington, NJ. I'm not an active archer, but do support any sports that get people outdoors - especially the young ones (they all spend too much time in front of PCs and TVs these days)! It'd be great if the State supported and funded the building of such as site.

Anyway, would be great to show them our support as sportsmen (and women).

=============================

There is a battle brewing over the proposed Archery complex at the Readington, NJ site. The SCFGPA Eboard and Archery members support this fight! We encourage all members to do the same. If you agree that this site would be a great place for a proposed Olympic Archery park send an short e-mail saying so to [email protected]

Our usual foes are writing to the State in Trenton in opposition to our "Barbaric and Anti-progressive sport of Archery!"

Archery has been growing in leaps & bounds in and around NJ and this facility would be great for our youth and for all friends of the bow!

All we need is a short 30 second type E-mail from as many people as possible before Sept 1, 2012 simply supporting the Public State run Archery Park in Readington to be built ASAP for the good of all present and potential archers in the state. One line is all it takes.

Again please e-mail Jim Sciascia at ... [email protected] Jim works with Paul Ritter who heads the project.

Let TRENTON hear from the New Jersey Archery community. Our Youth are our Future! Let's Protect them Now!!
