wwmarcww 0 Posted January 9, 2013 I would order but, but I pretty much only shoot at BH. For some reason they don't allow it.
A-Tech 8 Posted January 11, 2013 I would order but, but I pretty much only shoot at BH. For some reason they don't allow it. Don't allow what? This is standard 9mm ammo.
wwmarcww 0 Posted January 11, 2013 Don't allow what? This is standard 9mm ammo. :dunno: http://bulletholenj.com/shooting-range-target-shooting.asp If you go on their website, rule number 6 of the Range rules is. "Use if Wolf, Tiger, and Sellier & Bellot Ammo prohibited"
halbautomatisch 60 Posted January 12, 2013 FYI - for all you CTD haters, Natchez is a related company.
Pizza Bob 1,488 Posted January 12, 2013 Don't allow what? This is standard 9mm ammo. I believe that it is a bi-metal jacket and there is the chance of sparks. They may feel that it is harder on the backstop also. This is speculation, but those are the reasons most often given. I believe the prohibition against the Russian ammo is because of the steel cases - makes it harder to salvage the brass for recycling. Adios, Pizza Bob
AverageJoe 95 Posted January 12, 2013 I would order but, but I pretty much only shoot at BH. For some reason they don't allow it. Don't allow what? This is standard 9mm ammo. S&B also makes a steel core round, its marked with "Police" on the box...thats the S&B Bullet hole doesn't allow cause it'll damage their backstop...As long as it's not the steel core it should be fine...take em out of the box and use a plastic ammo case. I picked up a case of S&B few years back that was on blow out sale, had the "Police" markings on it...I still have it lol. S&B makes an excellent round and their packaging is perfect...wish more would package like they do.
