Here is the letter I just sent off to the NRA and NSSF, feel free to copy:

 

There are several new "Gun Control" laws being introduced all over the country at the state and federal levels as seemingly knee jerk reactions to the mass murder by a deranged individual at Sandy Hook. The difficulty WE, YOUR MEMBERS, have is that these are not knee jerk reactions, but the trampling of a tragedy for political gain.

 

AS A LIFE MEMBER and speaking for all members of the NRA, we demand you ignore these threats against the second amendment and offer ZERO compromises or concessions.

 

In fact, WE DEMAND YOU STAND TOUGH ON SECOND AMENDMENT RIGHTS. You need only offer to assist with new legislation to that will end the killing fields of the "Gun Free School Zones", END the current oppressive gun laws that are imposed on law abiding citizens at the federal and state levels and follow through on the threat to end the careers and retire ANY LEGISLATOR that supports additional gun laws. WE AS INDIVIDUALS AND FREE, LAW ABIDING CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA are doing our parts by donating to pro second amendment causes, writing letters, calling legislators (even those outside of our districts, especially those in the senate with terms ending in 2015) and rallying to unify and fight. WE DEMAND, that tomorrow when you meet with Vice President Joe Biden, you remind him that HE WORKS FOR THE PEOPLE AND NOT FOR BLOATED AGENDAS THAT STRIP AWAY THE RIGHTS OF AMERICANS! You let this task force know that the AMERICAN POPULOUS understands their rights and is willing to fight for them.
