Questions on pinning mags

Sorry I just been searching and trying to find the right answers but can I purchase a 30 rd magazine and buy a limiter to limit it to 15 or 10 rd and then riveting the bottom so it can't be taken apart (by hand) obviously anyone can drill the rivet out.

If they are pmags then just order 30rd and have them shipped to MidwestPX a forum sponsor and have them made compliant.

I just got back today, 5 pmags I ordered from AIMsurplus and had MidwestPX turn them into stubbys.

 

If they are metal then talk to Arms&Ammo another forum sponsor and have them shipped to then for compliancy.

 

You cannot own them inside NJ and parts kits are still illegal, don't fall for the guys on armslist selling them claiming NJ legal.

once they are shipped from outside NJ you can go to his site and order mag conversion service http://midwestpx.com/index.php?cPath=27_80 you can get 10 or 15 just put in notes

Just make sure when you order the mags from what ever site you getting them from to put his shipping address, you also can add if theres a note section on order that they are being shipped to FFL for compliancy

if your going to get stubbys made make sure they are gen2 not gen3 because he doesnt do gen3 yet

Stubbs as in he cut them? Or pinned? I want the 30 round because of the length I don't want them cut

stubbys are cut, you want the other ones

10/30 conversion but you can ask for 15/30 in notes on his order form
