Thats screwed up. Its the nj ffl dealers responsibility not to release it until it satisfies the legal requirements. What if a nj dealer orders it in to sell and ship to a pa resident. Larue wont sell it to them in that configuration? I checked out their website. Sure enough it says it all just like you said. Yup PA bound. So quickly i saw the website. It lookslike youre going for 308/7.62. Is that correct.
