+1 for Steve

I had a rather unconventional situation. Purchased a USP a while back, that my parents decided they didn't want me to have. It was being held by Steve at Monmouth Arms while I was waiting for my P2Ps, and I recently sold it to someone else, who completed the transfer through Steve.

 

Throughout the entire experience, Steve was extremely patient and understanding. I've never had such a high level of customer service from anyone else. He replies to your emails so fast, it's scary. The transfer process itself was an absolute pleasure. You can tell he really cares about the NJ firearms community.

 

Let me put it this way. There's an FFL less than 5 minutes away from my house, but I'd rather drive 40 minutes away to Steve at Monmouth Arms once I'm ready for my first firearm. Just a great guy all around.
