I got your PM. I think that we re in an understanding. If it makes your range use impossible like any product you re entitled to a refund.

If you dropped 300$ on a membership you cant use, talk to the manager there if they make it very restrictive.

 

 

I think we re all speculating too much here for now.

 

I am very pleased to report that all went very well at Heritage Guild, this afternoon. I stopped by on my way home from my Florida trip, and got in some good range time. No issues renting, and I made more RSO friends there.  

 

I will shortly "begin the bureaucracy."   Then it won't be an issue anymore.
