Shooting Star

I captured a shooting star this morning.  Saw it out of the corner of my eye and remembered that the Dash Cam probably caught it and it did!

 

Nothing earth shattering, but interesting nonetheless.

Yeah, I was approaching the light at the Home Depot on 23 south.

 

It was noticeably brighter in person and it really shone for a brief moment.

The Russian meteor was one of the reasons I ultimately got the cam.   Besides, a G1w 1080P dash cam + 32gb SD card can be had for under $75 all in, so it's not that big of an investment.

 

I recently witnessed an accident in my town, talked to the cops on scene and sent him the video.    I'm making a "best of" reel of all the stupid crap I see daily.

Nice!  I've only been able to catch a few "What was that!" glimpses of them in my life.
