Long story short:

12 year old car with 217,000 got rear ended. Nothing too bad.

 

I would like to have an idea of how much it will cost to fix before I proceed with an insurance claim. If there's a chance that the insurance co will declare it a total loss, I'll leave them out of it and fix it on my own.
