458 SOCOM, legality issues?

Here's a question.  If you order one, does the magazine count as a 223/556 30-rounder or as a 458 SOCOM 11-rounder?
Interesting
The mag follower should be caliber specific. I suggest stamping "458SOCOM ONLY" on it.

I figured the follower would be the deciding factor, BUT I don't think the magazines come with a 458 SOCOM follower.

NOTE:  This rifle ships with a modified 30rd 5.56 magazine and as such can still hold 30rds of 5.56 ammo.  The magazine has been modified to function properly with 10rds of .458 SOCOM, but will physically hold 11rds if forced.  Due to the many state restrictions on magazine capacity these rifles may not be sold to individuals in the following restricted states:

Hawaii | Maryland | Massachusetts | New Jersey | New York | California | Connecticut  Colorado | Washington D.C. | Chicago, Aurora, Oak Park, Illinois | South Bend, Indiana

My first post, figured I should make it a good one! This was at the bottom of the page
