Geissele is very good stuff. I don't believe they actually make lower parts kit though. It's a fricken roll pin, just pinch the damn thing.

Nada.  I talked to my friend earlier today.  He was chilling smoking a cigar and drinking some wine.  He's in no rush.  He doesn't have an upper yet.
