Interesting situation at Dicks

Stopped in at Dicks this morning to check out ammo prices. Sign on counter gave the sale prices for handgun ammo including case price which was $1.00 a box cheaper if you buy 10 boxes. Next to that was a sign stating that they limit you to 5 boxes of handgun ammo because of shortages in the market. Is it just me or is something amiss here?

We need a new rule around here: if you mention Dick's in a posting, you have to tell us which location!

 

Actually, that should apply to any chain store!

Last Sunday when i called Freehold they said that there is no longer a case price but the price per box was lowered to the weeks before per box case price.

The ability to read is not a prerequisite for employment at any Dick's location. Apparently, it is not required of management personnel either. :mrgreen:
