I was hoping some members could clarify the dues required for me.

I understand there are yearly dues in addition to a capital contribution fee of $400.00.

The confusion lies in whether or not the capital contribution fee of $400.00 is a one time fee or a yearly fee?

Also....is it always packed or are there days when it is not a sardine can? Like Monday mornings or something.....

I believe that is an initiation fee and is one time.

The $400 is indeed a one time fee. As long as you remain a current member you will never have to pay it again. (If you let your membership lapse a few years, you will have to pay again, you will be treated as a new member) You can pay it in payments too.

 

I believe it's $200 up front. Then $50 every quarter until paid. This is totally separate from your dues which is $200 a year, due at the beginning of each year.

It's rarely "packed" at anytime. I've been a member for the last 21 years. Weekdays it's empty.

One at a time but I've brought as many as three without incident. Cash or check is fine.

BTW, Cherry Ridge does enforce the fee. Guests need to sign in with their host and get a temporary range card.
