  1. Go to T&T Reloading in stockertown. They have a good selection and are open only in the evenings. He should have everything you want, and since you are in Warren county it isn't that bad of a drive.
  2. well here is one thing to ponder. I SAY BUY. As an avid milsurper I can remember in the not so distant past when spam cans of 8mm were $30, x54 was 40, A crate of 900 rds of 8mm was $100, and people were complaining about the prices. This was not too long ago... maybe 5-7 years. Look at what the prices have done, gone up. And guess what they are going to keep going up and people will be missing todays prices. You cant go wrong if you buy some now to put away for a rainy day.
  3. watch out, as you can already see Garands are an addiction. I ordered a bunch of receivers today, the addiction never ends
  4. I gotta say though my winnie is one of my favorite Garands

    Skeet/trap shotgun

Sarco has tons of nice side by sides on the racks............ very cheap. I picked up yesterday a George Bate, Birmingham SXS for 125. Do a google search on Bate shotguns and you'll find they they average above $7500.00 dig through and find a gem.
  7. most of the data is figured by volume of the case. I am in the process of reloading for a caliber that doesn't have any data on it. Figure the volume and start from there.
  8. how about like the Lee Enfield Sniper cheek rest. Sarco had them for $20 and stain to match the stock.
  9. the classifieds on here work pretty good
  10. well, I have been preparing for a while for another ammo crunch, but it is always nice to have some extra for a rainy day
  11. if you want a special treat look at the surplus match ammo wideners has........ ITS AMAZING
  12. If its a yugo, chinese, or russian you are lucky that they are the easiest gun to rebarrel. A 22mm wrench a few pin punches to remove the rear sight base and a bench vise is all you need. Numrich had new barrels for $29 last time I got one from them. But before going that drastic I second banging the heck out of it with a brass rod.
  13. my bank account hates me right now
  14. Just a heads up, if you have a mosin or PSL you may want to go pick up a few extra spam cans right now. I was just talking with a big wig in the gun world and he told me to buy because of all of the stuff going in in Ukraine. It appears that most of the surplus x54 ammo is coming from Ukraine and with Russia getting ready to send troops there, things may get a little hairy. This may mean and end to surplus spam cans as we know it. It is not guaranteed, so dont scream at me if the price doesn't go up but call it a friendly heads up.
  15. NICE! when I finish building mine I am gonna give you a shout to help show me the ropes
  16. Ooh, ooh its used in call of duty and socom so its the best! You cant dispute the statistics in the article. It just goes along with what ive seen first hand, its a POS
  17. M pro. I have never found a need to lubricate my frog, nor use a lubricant made from frogs.
  18. The issue is not everyone cares about CCW. I for one could care less, its not even a priority to me.
