I was all for the lead ban on waterfowl hunting because I do fish and would rather not have lead in the water that I am eating fish out of. Now banning lead on hunting animals on land I am not so sure about. Not sure if this is a widespread problem.

Your correct but only for emergencies. You cannot just show up and ask to inspect the place. A landlord has to give notice if he just wants to stop by for an inspection unless you let him in on the spot but you dont have to.

I have NJ manufacturers. If your employer belongs to the New Jersey Business and Industry Association you can get the NJ manufactuers. NJM will not raise your rates when you put in a claim. That is a good thing BUT they can kick you out at any time. I had a friend that was with them for 20 years..his daughter had 3 accidents in less than 2 years. NJM told him that if he had 1 more claim he would be dropped. I have heard that if you shop around you can get insurance for about the same price as NJM nowadays.

You my friend, must have never dealt with insurance claims before. Every insurance company out there will hold a claim against you no matter how big or small for a minimum of 3 years. Insurance companies are the biggest scam going. They never lose. When there is an uptick in claims ..they raise everyone for the next year. That Allstate accident forgiveness...big scam. YOU pay for it in price of the policy.
