personally, I wouldn't happy with it on a brand new rifle. If Ruger will make it right, then send it in! Shouldn't affect performance by the looks of it, but, looks like it was dropped or put muzzle first into some concrete or something..

I have my 700 Barrel out right now getting a Cerakote treatment.. will be FDE when complete, my buddy also dropped off his Glock for a digital camo job on whole gun. Guy is in Edison. No worries, i wanted to make sure they didn't decide to allow the discount again in case someone wanted to go there.. Its a shame really, I like Billy and the guys that work in the back, but the attitude from the counter guys and Kyle, really makes it uncomfortable to shoot there. It's 5 mins from my house..

Been there everyday, today is the last day. Show is smaller, BUT looks better than ever. They have always had a NYPD presence at the show (Javitz building) I only saw one swat guy on day one and haven't seen any since. They walk thru with the dogs and what not from time to time. Haven't had any customers mention them..

I doubt it, seems like they are most interested in the rental business. Their location seems perfect for that side of the business..

AND, how would explain the fact that you have a HG on you at the exact time you have to put a deer down? on your way to/from the range? even then, most towns have discharge laws so you would most likely get in some trouble, but IANAL..
