From snow to little crappy cars? I googled the Elio, and I wouldn't drive one if I was given one for free. If you get in a small accident with one you are dead.

Glad they will still be coming in, and the price of the my original Russian ak's should go up. I hope they come out with some new cool stuff.

To achieve the "look" I think the brake can be threaded to the barrel.

I'm a big fan of the sks. It's a great rifle. It is as reliable as the ak and more accurate. This rifle had a huge influence on the design of the ak.

I don't think that would be all that hard to do. Get whatever rifle floats your boat, cut the barrel, thread the barrel (I have a thread cutter if needed), have the barrel re crowned, slide the front sight all the way back and with a vise and drill press you can make the grooves for the pins. I think it could all be done pretty easily and quickly. The only part I would farm out is the recrowning of the barrel.

I have had trouble with the single stack bolts on converted rifles. The piece that strips the round from the mag doesn't grab enough meat.

Those are some really Cool guns. The AR and mp5 are one of a kind. That first chick was nasty. Kinda funny how they slid those pics in.

I think you can find a much better deal on a much better rifle.

Howell gun works had sign up about this. I believe they are the one doing the transfer. I'm not 100% what is happening but I did see the sign.

I'm on the auto fill with Dover oil. My neighbor calls all around and compares prices. He normally orders from Dover. You really have to watch because he got oil and I got oil from them and he paid Much less. I had to call up and rip them a new one. They adjusted the price. I have not been happy with them, but I have tank insurance with them.

I think Howell guns works has one. I was in not too long ago and they had just gotten one in.

Make sure you are well prepared. I always feel rushed when I'm there. I feel like it's always a seize fire.
