  1. I have the Blade-Tech Total Eclipse for my G23. I like it. Have not used it for CCW though. Just for range and defensive shooting classes.
  2. You will have a great time. Plenty of things to buy in Free America. You just cannot be any handguns unless they transfer to an FFL in NJ. Ammo is no problem. Whip out the cash and walk away. Plenty of components to buy too. Walk around and check prices though. One vendor might be more than another. Price shop. .22 is gouged quite often. People CCW there but you are supposed to check your pistol with the local LEO that check the guns at the door. I think they zip tie the gun action. You will see all kinds of vendors CCW behind their booths.
  3. I know this maybe redundant, but how did you obtain a NH out-of-state CCW when you cannot produce a NJ CCW permit? According to the application, as I read it, it says to include the front and back copies of "your state's" CCW permit. Also, what do you put as the reason for why you want to carry in NH? The application says "protection" or " all proper purposes". What do you put down? thanks, S.
  4. New Jersey Manufacturers, cannot go wrong with them. Second would be Allstate insurance. I found Progressive's rates to be high. I was told by someone in the industry their rates are high to pay for the cost of their commercials.
  5. I thought I was once told that the DOT does a traffic study (along with police input) and they determine the speed of a road. I know from experience that a road by me people complained of speeders. The local LE agency called the DOT and recommended the speed limit be dropped to 35 mph. Low and behold, it happened.
  6. Coming to the PRNJ in 16 months. Only a matter of time. The PRNJ cannot be outdone by Commiefornia and NY on anti-gun laws.
  7. What about a Bianchi leather holster?
  8. They get elected by the Democratic Machine that runs(ruins?) this state. Has any seen the south Jersey rep Norcross running his mouth about bringing back the "assault rifle" ban? He is in cahoots with Sweeney. The brokered a deal to run south Jersey like their own personal fiefdoms.
  9. I have been on a letter writing campaign the last few weeks especially after Orlando shooting. I have written Booker and Menendez and received the same canned responses. Here is the latest from Cory Booker. It is laughable if not sad. Menendez's is worse. Dear Stone: Thank you for taking the time to write to me about our nation's gun laws. I rely on the input of engaged New Jerseyans like you when making decisions, and I appreciate you sharing your thoughts. Illegally possessed guns are a grave threat to our nation--to our brave women and men of law enforcement, to our communities, and to our children. I worked with advocates and law enforcement to confront this threat every day as the Mayor of Newark, and now as a United States Senator I'm fighting for common sense laws designed to keep guns out of the hands of criminals. In 2011--the most recent year for which the Centers for Disease Control has data--firearms killed 32,251 people in the United States. Since December 2012, when a gunman killed 20 children and six adults at Sandy Hook Elementary School, at least 885 mass shootings--defined as four or more people shot in one event--have occurred. In fact, a mass shooting happens nearly every day in the United States. The most recent available federal data from the FBI shows that in 2012, 8,855 of the 12,765 homicides committed in the United States involved the use of a firearm. That same year, in New Jersey, 70 percent of our state's homicides involved a firearm. These numbers can be greatly reduced. We can find common ground by focusing on common sense laws and strategies that will help keep guns out of the hands of criminals. We must work together. One measure that would have a significant impact in keeping our communities safe is federal universal background checks. The Senate failed to pass background check legislation last Congress after the Sandy Hook Elementary School tragedy. I, however, remain optimistic that my colleagues will hear the forceful call of the vast majority of Americans, as well as from the vast majority of gun owners, who support this reform. There are other reforms that we can all agree upon, too. For example, we must do more to keep guns out of the hands of the mentally ill and adequately equip the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives to perform its crucial work of combatting illegal gun trafficking. The killings in Charleston, South Carolina, Roanoke, Virginia, and Roseburg, Oregon, underscore the urgency in which Congress must act. It is time to pass legislation that would mandate background checks on all firearm sales between private parties. Again, thank you for writing to me. I am honored to represent you in the United States Senate, and I value what I hear from New Jerseyans about the issues our state and nation face. Please continue to keep in touch with your thoughts and concerns. For more information on my work in New Jersey and Washington, please visit my website at booker.senate.gov. Sincerely, Cory A. Booker

  11. 0verholt- Did they ask you for ID? While it has been a few months since I purchased in those two walmarts or Dick's by the FM Mall, no one has ever asked me for my ID. S.
  12. I received a canned response back from Menendez saying pretty much "thanks for the letter but I am voting for the no fly list anyway." I tried to reply back to his email and it bounced back as 'undeliverable' to that address. S.
  13. I just had the same issue with them. They sat on my order. I finally emailed them last week they told me I need to resend the copy of my FID. Why not email or call me to tell me? Who knows? My order still has not shipped as of last week. Disappointed in their new website too.
  14. Excellent video! Perhaps Sweeney, Greenwald, and Weinberg should watch it and learn.
  15. When are guys finally getting her out and change it back?
  16. I was told my Utah CCW does not work in PA because Kane rescinded the PA agreement with Utah.
  17. Not that I know of. I guess if they hear rapid fire someone will say something to you. I haven't seen it happen yet.
  18. I get it. I agree with you. Who needs the anti neighbor that will tell the cops "he has weapons", "he pointed them at me", etc. My neighbor thankfully doesn't care. Not that they can see through the 6' foot fence either.
  19. You live in Browns Mills......patron town of shootin' stuff. Legal and illegal. I wouldn't worry about it unless you have nosy neighbors that are anti's. S.
  20. This weekend is the Oaks, PA gun show. Anyone going? S.
  21. I don't have 20 years to wait..... I would rather move out of NJ unfortunately than wait to see if that happens.
  22. Rob0115- "They will all tell you Chris Christie stole their pension". More union lies. Dems take more money from the NJEA than any other union. Dems waste more money (as they control both houses) on failed programs and people the LE fight against every day. Dems are the ones that have robbed Peter to pay Paul.
  23. That is the conundrum. How do the other State's FOP/PBA's deal and go along with the People's right to CCW? Why is it that NJ, NY, CA, etc. LE have problems with CCW for civilians? Surely, the other state's unions support CCW, no?
