Pints & Patriots II - Trap Rock Brewery, Berkley Heights
brucin replied to gleninjersey's topic in Events & Meetups
Damn can't make it next Thursday. Taking a long weekend. -
SiG p 938. I tried the Shield, Nano, G43 and the XDS. All were fine and I was more accurate with the Nano but like the 938's trigger more.

Count me and the wife in if it's not on a Friday night -
Good choice my wife loves to shoot .38 out of our GP 100. Hornady Critical Defense in .38 is a great home defense round also should the need ever arise.

NJ gun laws may ruin another persons life.

Maybe it should be called "New Jersey" syndrome instead of "Stockholm" syndrome. -
Brothers plead guilty in "fatal shooting"

I find it impossible to believe that a check cashing business did not have security cameras. If they didn't then the owner of that place is a real dumb cluck. -
What 22LR semiauto's to look for, need advice
brucin replied to Samdjr74's topic in Rimfire Pistols & Rifles
As other posters have said it is different and can be a challenge the first few times you do it but once you get it down it's not that bad. I have a MKI bull barrel from 1971 with a custom trigger and its the most accurate shooter I own. -

He didn't have a permit as in most of america you don't need permission from the overlords to have loaded firearm in your personal property. -
This works great on pussy city bugs but real woods bugs drink skin so soft for breakfast.

Not sure about DE but in NY the judge who issued my hand gun permit suggested I get a non driver ID card for purchases. I did not have to surrender my NJ license. I know PA won't give a part time resident a state issued ID. I know someone that tried. You need to check with the DE dnv to see if they do this. It would be the best of both worlds for you.

Multiple cars. Thought it was in the one I was driving.

I don't know my SBI # but I do have my drivers license # memorized. Twice when I was stopped and had forgotten my DL this got me out of a ticket.

OK a can of Bush's baked beans then.

Another fun day and I won a trophy this time. The Mrs. was going to shoot but changed her mind at the last minute. Maybe next year. -

It moves well. Stan runs it in an orderly fashion. You can shoot in whatever category you want in each round. You just write down on the index card what you are competing in when you hand in your score. I will PM you the official rules if I can. -
I'm not sure if any of the beer guys out there have ever been to the Copper Mine Pub in North Arlington. Vito the owner has a great tap list with some beers you can't get any where else. Does not serve food just great beer and liquor. 18 rotating taps it's one of the coolist beer bars in NJ. Sadly Vito has lost his lease and will be closing for good on 6/26. I'll be heading down one last time Friday night to have a few last pints at this great little place.

Not if you did it like in the video and "threw the bullets" while firing. That's how the Chief ended up with the Barney Fife trophy. I scored 1 more point than he did. -

I second this. I've lived in Denville for 19 years. It's a nice small town. Taxes are a little high but services are excellent. Great road department in the winter. PD process P2P and FPID in the 30 day window or faster. Lots of community activities throughout the year. Train from Denville station to NY Penn is a bit more than an hour.

What do you have against green????
-
Another vote for Weber. Genesis line with side burner and sear burner in Hunter Green is my model.

My Weber cover is going strong after three years but my yard is very shady so it gets almost no direct sun. I think the UV is what does them in.
