I got popped in NC, and got a ton of letters from Lawyers looking to represent me. I picked one from the town where the court was. Pay the money, and the ticket magically changes into a no point equipment violation. Well worth it. If you don't get letters, look for a traffic lawyer from the town where the court is. That way there is a good chance all those involved are golfing buddies.

I think this is a good example of how CCW would make everyone safer in NJ, not the the holder of the weapon.

Is it ime to apply for a concealed carry, and use these events as justification?

81 moves really well, as it does not hit any BIG cities. It is also a nice drive if you like being out in the sticks. As noted, 81 is my route of choice if 95 will put me in Balt or DC around rush hour.
