  1. Simple answer is to exchange forms with them when you pick up your permits. Submit for 3 more permits right then so they'll be ready when this set expire.
  2. The last I heard was that even if your town will, the firearms unit at NJSP don't like it when they get their copy when you use it. I'm not sure how that works unless the chief has to date when he signed off on the extension. I don't have a form in front of me but I don't remember a box for the date of the renewal.
  3. I'll vote for the ALS too. Once your thumb hits the button there is zero friction holding the gun so the draw is fast and smooth. The only gun I don't like it for is my 1911 because the space needed for the thumb safety pushes the button too far from the gun to work comfortably for me. I use a bladetech for my 1911.
  4. I have the speed bees version and the only thing I don't like is the part the pushes each round out of retention doesn't quite push them far enough. If there's much fouling in the chambers the rounds don't fully seat and the cylinder won't close. If they were pushed that little bit farther when the base of the speed loader was touching the center of the cylinder star it would be great.
  5. You may find bug spray a useful addition to your range bag. They can get petty annoying.
  6. They all use the online system now. It's just a delaying tactic.
  7. Jim, you're more than welcome to come and watch. All the folks are friendly, and mostly harmless lol. You must have eye and hearing protection to come into the range. Ask for me, Bob or Sandy when arrive and we'll get you acquainted. I recommend Sandy, she's better looking although Bob is probably the nicest.
  8. It will be an up hill battle to convince Sandy to shoot a revolver.
  9. Stand by. There seems to be some chatter about a S&W 500. Does anyone make speed loaders for that bad boy?
  10. The scores are posted here: https://practiscore.com/results.php?uuid=f2a05f11-3da7-4e2a-bb1d-09353bd70595
  11. You are very welcome. You were all great students and I had a ball teaching you. Don't kick yourself too much about your error, you won't learn if you don't try things and there will always be mistakes. In the grand scheme, yours was a minor one. I'll post the scores for the mock stages when get home tonight.
  12. You had to do the Depends gag, didn't you?
  13. I really, really hope you are not a Terry Pratchett fan and "Binky" means something completely different to you. http://wiki.lspace.org/mediawiki/Binky I think I'm safe as Sandy has set the precedent of knowing the forfeit before accepting the challenge. I hope it will be many, many years before I find myself wearing an adult diaper.

  17. Similar thing here. I have a Newton address because that's where the mail is sorted but my FPID application is handled by NJSP because Stillwater doesn't have a township PD.
