My leaves go in the woods in the backyard. I believe my town stopped doing leave pickup this year. But in 16 years being here always in the woods in the backyard. I was plowing yesterday town roads also we go curb to curb unless there is a car or trash cans in the way.

That's the problem with a flat roof that is residential. 99% of the manufactory do not warranty it. If you do get a warranty you are going to pay a large premium for it. I have a modern house with a flat roof I just had it redone last year in PVC. My warranty is from the installer. Lucky I know him very well and he is one of my customers.

I went to trade in my Porsche for a truck at a Chevy dealer. It had 7,000 miles on it in mint condition. The salesman has his guy check it out and tells me it was in accident and was repainted an gives me a low ball number. I bought the car new from the dealer and was never in an accident or repainted. Some of these guys are full of it so they can make more money.

I have both the track and wheeled Honda I prefer the tracked. It is slower and harder to man handle but I think it preforms better when actually working.

I have 2 Honda's that I bought new about 10 years ago for the first 3 years they where used to clean snow in a very large condo complex. Now I use them exclusively at my house and they are still going strong.
