  1. Nice! Congratulations, but "done" just means there's going to be a new catagory... Guns I need... Guns I want... Guns I would like to have.....
  2. Tough crowd Bignic83 Count me as interested in whatever we come up with to help with identification of members at a range. My $.02, I like the Garden State Shooters logo with NJGF discretely incorporated into the logo (could be vertical on either side, a single line on the bottom, or even separately on a sleeve.
  3. Check this out from Banger's Sport Shop in Winslow

  7. Can you provide some info as far as the liability insurance for being an EMT? Company? available to anyone? Is this for volunteer EMS? Thanks,
  8. USANA - Hope these guys get the support they need. http://www.nj.com/salem/index.ssf/2014/01/usana_gears_up_to_appeal_pittsgrove_township_planning_board_resolution_restricting_activity.html#incart_river
  9. Welcome! Right up the road (Heights). You'll like it here... Where are you shooting now? (Njjoniguy - didn't realize how close you were...) "hoodbury" is right, I remember when it was Woodbury.
  10. Saw this picture, the finger off the trigger just kinda jumped out at me, First though on my mind was the rules posted at my shooting range, didn't think about it much more than that.
  11. As menacing as this photo of Central African Armed Forces soldier is, he's got his finger off the trigger until he's ready to shoot ALWAYS Keep the gun pointed in a safe direction ALWAYS Keep your Finger Off the trigger until ready to shoot ALWAYS Keepthe gun unloaded until ready to use
  12. Haha, and to think...I almost didn't even read this thread based on topic tittle...

  14. Yesterday being Christmas and tomorrow being my birthday (and everyone else is taken care of)....last on my list...one is 70 years old and the other was just picked up about an hour ago....
  15. Cabella's has been good for me, got that 22LR earlier today, it was my 4th purchase of ammo from them. (Slickguns via twitter ( guess I'm a geek). No problems
  16. Nice pics, thanks for sharing... Used to hunt, too much work...
  17. Gloucester County, right in the middle of that low pressure 6-10 inch belt... And we got an honest 10 inches (yikes). Loved it!
  18. Nice, I haven't hunted for several years, but for many years this was my favorite day of the year. Little sloppy out there, but it looks like a great day for deer hunting... As the OP said....GOOD LUCK!
  19. I keep seeing deals for military or police buckshot go by on slickguns.com. That should provide you with some good range experience. I believe the current rule at SJSC is shot guns are good to go on the left side of the 50. They allow you to post a green flag and move up on the range for this... (I know, don't shoot the messenger...)
  20. 13:53 and on my way from 08097 - Thank you!!!
  21. Nice! "First firearm" Tavor SAR CANNONBALL!!!! (Lol) Good luck, and welcome to the forums.
  22. Had a great day at South Jersey Shooting Club in Winslow today. My son and I headed down about 08:30, he knocked out the orientation program for membership (he had been going as my guest), then we shot Garand on the 100, AR's on the 50, and then over to the new pistol range to put 100 rounds through a brand new M&P 22 (a lot of fun to shoot). I kind of expected not many people to be out today due to the 22 degree weather, and enough breeze to bring the chill factor down to the teens, but I was wrong - there were always at least 3 groups of shooters at each range we were shooting. Even though it was bitter cold, it was a great day, shot well, shared range time with a bunch of good people, RO was mindful and pleasant, finished the day with a pleasant conversation with Amy and Jake in Banger's (looking forward to the calendar event on the 14th of next month) - nothing special to say, just a great day!
  23. I noticed no one has answered your question as far as tracking your own threads. I'm reading on an iPad, if you go to the top of the page, and use the drop down with your username, you should see several options for viewing the forum. It looks like "my content" is the one you are looking for. How are you making out with USANA? I belong to SJSC, but I'd be interested in a second club with more shotgun options.
  24. The numbers the pd gave me to call are exterminators. 75 bucks to come and get it or 3 cents to put it out of it's misery. Tough call. Naw....not a tough call at at....
