  1. i have thought about this many, many times. other than having a few different pairs of glasses on hand i have no idea what i would do
  2. Wonder why they're collecting tax? WITMER PUBLIC SAFETY GROUP, INC 104 Independence Way, Coatesville, PA 19320 Phone: 800.852.6088 Fax: 888.335.9800 [email protected]
  3. Once it's on record, and stated on my FID, how can I get it removed? Does this information need to be present on permit applications from here on out as there is a section for it. Would I be denied permits if the info isn't a match?
  4. Thanks for the replies fellas. So far, overall consensus is to stay away from the 883 and shoot for a 1200 if anything. I just dig the 883 styling I guess. Yes it's rough, rigid, and not the most nimble...but I guess one would know that going into it. We'll see what happens and I'll be sure to update this if it does!
  5. Looked at a 2nd owner, used sporty 883 recently and its really sparked my interest. Thinking about picking it up, however its got about 20k on the clock, which i consider somewhat high? Any pointers? Im coming off sport bikes (cbr's, yami's, gixxers, etc...), so i know im in for quite a change, and of course it'll be slower. Im not opposed to something slower, as i might be less inclined to be banging off the rev limiter on 600's or pushing 1k's. I think my days of doing 130+mph are over, and id rather cruise with my lady. Again, looking for some info, pointers, anything to look for, etc... Im hoping to have this in my possession soon so i can start tearing apart to make it "mine" with some upgrades, powdercoat, etc.. Thanks in advance.
  6. Damn im so fuckin excited about this. I just got my membership to BA last march/ april, and then they got shut down in july! It sucked! Cant wait to have a range so close again! Good to see this place will be in the right hands.
  7. Id send it back but i doubt they would take it back now as it was ordered some time before christmas. I just never really got around to opening it because i knew what it was. She had mentioned that she actually ordered me both the reflex and micro red dot because i was comparing the two optics, and Primary Arms wasnt exactly thrilled to offer her a return on the red dot.Ultimately, they allowed her to return the one, but I almost got stuck with both i guess? Not to mention its triple the price? Might be a better optic, but this is going on a play rifle, kind of just for fun, so i didnt feel that investing $200+ was really worth it. If it was an HD weapon or had real value i would opt into a high end optic.
  8. So...instead of thread jacking ogfarmer's thread, i decided to make my own... Had some questions on risers, mounts, and reflex sight. This should bring everyone up to speed.. 1. I need a riser for a primary arms red dot/ reflex on one of my AR's. Anyone have any recommendations? My woman bought me the reflex for christmas but didnt know to get a riser lol. So, obviously it sits too low to actually use. 2. This is what im working with... https://www.primarya...n_p/parrs02.htm I just happen to have left it open on my laptop one day when reading about it, and she went and bought it. Im actually not as familiar with red dots/ reflex sights as id like to be. Didnt really plan on buying it, but now im kinda stuck with it lol. Im not sure if the adjustments even work right? They seem VERY tight, and the adjustment screw move VERY minimally. http://njgunforums.com/forum/index.php?app=forums&module=post&section=post&do=new_post&f=86
  9. This is what im working with... https://www.primaryarms.com/Primary_Arms_Red_Dot_Reflex_Sight_with_Push_Button_p/parrs02.htm I dont want to jack this thread...anyone interested in helping or with recommendations... http://njgunforums.com/forum/index.php?app=forums&module=post&section=post&do=new_post&f=86

  12. So, I'm looking to have my g19 stippled. Has anyone used anyone locally? If not, are there any companies or shops you have used that worked out well? I'd like to have the frame stippled, undercut, and get slightly more profound finger grooves. Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks!
  13. I have about 10 per handgun, 5 for my mp15-22, and 5 ar mags...that is soon to increase with some hexmags from remixer.
  14. Looking into purchasing some of their 124gr/ 115gr 9mm FMJ RN reman. Anyone tried any of this stuff? The prices almost look too good to be true! As stated, about 10% cheaper than most of their reman competitors. 5% off sale right now. Also, found this on their website; If you are a NEW CUSTOMER: Please remember to enter your First Time Buyer coupon code in the Coupon Code section below. (don't have a code? click here >>) After you enter the code "Free Shipping" is PRE-selected - DO NOT CHANGE IT. IMPORTANT: Failure to follow these instructions may void the offer. Basically, first time customers get FREE SHIPPING. I guess its worth a try.

  16. This is pretty interesting. Ill be interested to see how this ends.
  17. Very nice! If it weren't so risky in the good ol state of new jersey, id say we should organize a ride!
  18. I have to agree with Joe...the last vp9 I handled and was able to dry fire seemed exactly as Joe stated "gritty". the same day [same place] I was handling a ppq to see if there was a big enough difference between them to justify spending more on the hk. the trigger on the ppq felt smoother and had a crisper break and reset. not as spongy as the vp9. But a sense of spongyness is sometimes typical from polymer striker fired pistols All in all...I couldn't make up my mind, didnt purchase either and chose to let the permit expire. I would still like a vp9, and would deal with upgrading the trigger over muzzle flip any day... but I will never get rid of my glocks.
