The counter man spun the screen around and showed me how the computer would not let the sale go through. This was before the ban took effect too. So it's system wide. I had 3 guys help me including one who said if he had one home he wold have sold it to me. I've got 250.00 in points and I'm going to Bass Pro to burn them then I'm switching cards back.

@Smokin .50 At the NJSAFECON I remember Colandro mentioning he was prepared with an "Expedited appeal" to file in just this case where we didn't get the injunction. Do you know if this happened or is happening?

As a buyer, I wouldn't want to predate a COE. Who knows what crimes occurred using the firearm. Of course. No one would do this.
