  1. The NSA has hacks and backdoors into just about everything hardware and software alike.
  2. Anyone who has ever had blood work go through any lab has their dna in a DB. Its just whether or not somewhere along the line you gave permission at which point the "regular folks" and more local authorities can put a name to the DNA. But big brother has all that info behind the curtains anyway. im not saying its legal .. but anyone who thinks the government doesn't collect info like this and other data behind the scenes to be data mined is fooling themselves.
  3. Oh Boy .. Murphy, Grewal and the rest of their cronies are sure to get their panties in a twist over this lol It will anarchy in the streets! http://963theblaze.com/diy-micro-hunting-rifle/
  4. Well yea I get that ... but let's not forget "their law" is unconstitutional crap to begin with. The whole shall not be infringed thing... 6 weeks or 30 days... im feeling pretty f*king infringed on.
  5. Shit i will take 6 weeks. if that was consistent. The best ive had is 6 weeks, my last batch of permits was just under 90 days. Always comes down to the mental health check and how slow the state is with that
  6. That will only work until they start charging NY state sales tax. That i will come as well. Every state is adopting or using this SCOTUS ruling to make it a state law on their own time. Just get use to the fact that you will now be paying sales tax on everything regardless of how you buy it. Food and clothes in NJ as the only exception right now, but im guessing by the time Murphy is out of office he will have changed that as well.
  7. "These fees are still collected by Records personnel at Police Headquarters. Until such time that an online means of payment can be received by the town, this step must is required and must take place before we can move forward and begin to process any firearms related applications. We apologize for the inconvenience." At the speed that some towns adopt new technology im guessing this step will take another 10 years lol I hope this is a at least makes it quicker.. that is until this archaic and unconstitutional process can be removed altogether.
  8. regardless of the reason .. I still can't get past how something like this happens and the gun gets put away with it being being noticed. Seems to stick out like a sore thumb to me.
  9. My money would be on a squib. Just because its factory ammo doesn't mean it doesn't/cant't happen.
  10. Be Careful with comments like that, you may be mistaken for a democratic socialist lol
  11. 3 blocks away lol? I had to walk that just to get to the bus stop. Elementary school was 1 mile away, middle school was 6 miles away and high school was 4 miles away. Either way ... we had it easier than our parents.. and the kids today have it even easier than we did. My father still drops the old fun line that when he was a kid he had to walk 4 miles to school in the snow up hill both directions lol
  12. Somewhere along the way everyone became pansy asses. I grew up here in North Jersey... I remember standing waiting for the school bus, while it was snowing, in my snow boots standing in 4-6 inches of snow and still went to school. now we get the potential for a inch of snow and school is called off. I just dont get it.
  13. Assuming the business doesn't have some sort of presence in the state, which if they did they would automatically be required to collect sales tax... but for companies like brownells... it depends on how much total sales has been done with the state in the previous quarters.. so yes some merchants you may still be able to buy things online and not pay sales tax. This is why it may seem to be inconsistent to you. This went into effect as of November 1st 2018. "New Jersey’s new law will require online retailers and marketplaces like eBay to begin collecting sales taxes and turning the revenue over to the state if they have gross revenues over $100,000 a year in New Jersey, or if their in-state sales volume exceeds more than 200 transactions annually."
  14. hey! im under that threshold and my ass had no problem filling in the little circle next to AC's name and I splurged for an overpriced "forever stamp" on it lol I even got my cousin in Alaska to vote for AC too !
  15. Ok so lets pretend we dont have FID cards, they dont exist.... if an online dealer just required ID to prove age, because after all there is a federal age requirement to purchase ammo.... so then your ok with giving them a copy of your DL or passport, but our FID card, you refuse to show that? Then what? You would refuse to buy ammo online all together? I doubt that. im with regular guy on this. If a vendor actively works against our rights like Dicks.. then f-them ... I get that .. but because an online dealer wants to make sure they follow all state and federal laws so they dont get sued and shutdown, you have a problem with that? Its not their fault our state sucks the big donkey D. Let's be grateful they dont just write us all off completely and refuse to sell/ship anything to NJ. That can happen just as easily if they decided they dont want to deal with the hassle.
  16. A helpful resource in case anyone is not aware is a site called https://www.usacarry.com You can plug in any permits, resident or non resident that you may have and see where you are good to carry. Can also dig into individual states and see where carry rules apply per state, like courthouses , bars etc. very useful site. Always a little bit behind on changes so dont expect them to be up to the day accurate if something changes.
  17. Do they benefit from citizens of states like NJ etc because they offer their permit to non-residents .. of course they do. Thats just smart financial sense. But if they didnt offer one to their own residents they would be hurting their own residents, as they would in most cases be locked into their home state. It just makes sense to have a resident permit that would then be honored by reciprocity agreements outside the state. if someone has no intention of traveling outside the state and or doesn't want to carry their gun outside the state then they have no reason to get one.
  18. They dont require it. But its offered for both residents and non residents. And with it, you can enjoy whatever reciprocity they have with other states. it's the only reason you would need or want a permit in NH
  19. Was going to try to hit this Oaks one to check out the reloading supplies but the schedule just doesn't allow it this weekend. Looking to go to the Oaks Show in March .. supposedly should be larger next month? I dunno .. never hit any of the Oaks ones. @Maksim Ever been to that allentown one? Decent show?
  20. Because they have brain damage... that's what liberalism does to you.
