Looks like I'm a dollar short and a day late on this one.  And sadly, I'm going to need an optic for the Sub2000 gen. 3 that I'm probably going to purchase.  I have a few of those Romeo 5's, and love the shake awake feature, where you can keep them stored ready for use and the red dot comes on as soon as you pick them up.

I knew about the Romeo red dot series, but hadn't really looked into them. After this post I read up the detail on the 5 version.

The one I ordered arrived promptly yesterday, and I've had a chance to handle it. Did a quick mount to check it out, and it looks very good. I'll have to put it to work now that the weather's breaking.
