nickd308 0 Posted January 16, 2010 I was pitching ideas with my brother today on a possible business opportunity and were thinking about procuring an FFL. i was hoping if one of the vendors could chime in and help me out. is it difficult to get one? can i sell firearms from my house? Thanks in advance
HODGIE 3 Posted January 16, 2010 I know the ffl's can answer better but I have been looking into it. The fed's seem like they are fairly easy to please, your real trouble is going to come from the state and your local township for zoning approval. If you are within a School zone you can automatically forget it.

shore_shot 26 Posted February 14, 2010 Contact ATF for forms to apply for a FFL. i believe they are located online. Search ATF Forms. Then your going to have to contact the state police firearms unit to get the paperwork for a state license. I dont know if you can sell from your house as that might go against zoning laws. Im pretty sure it is up to your town, I do know some of our members are also FFL holders. Good luck to ya
