The scouts are supplied by drivers who bring them food, water, batteries for radios -- all the items they need to stay in the wilderness for a long time.

We've seen the stories, here's some legitimate pictures. They don't go into detail, but it can be deduced that most of the rifles in that picture seem to have been from a government purchase of some sort... or, more so, that they weren't straw purchases (I don't know where I can get 14.5'', select fire M4s openly :roll: ). Pretty eye opening though.

yeah i'd say they have the weaponry to invade, and without the citizens doing something, they are free to invade.
